Adventure Hunt - Shark Tank Winner!
Numbers: 📍 Location: Utah | Concerns: →Why not making more? → Marketing? → Could be very hands on |
What a captivating business venture to discuss! How often do you come across a Shark Tank winner's opportunity for just $100,000?
This unique venture involves organizing treasure hunting events suitable for friends, family, and corporate gatherings. I see minimal downside to this one; it appears to be as vast as your imagination and as potent as your motivation.
It seems like an incredibly enjoyable business, ideally suited for an individual with an adventurous spirit and a knack for creativity. The prospect of traveling alone should make it especially enticing for some.
However, my primary question pertains to why this enterprise hasn't expanded more rapidly.
After forming a partnership with Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec, one would expect this business to have evolved into a multi-million dollar enterprise by now.
Another pressing query revolves around the status of that partnership – is it still in effect?
eCommerce Body Armor
Numbers: 📍 Location: USA | Concerns: → Not focusing on ads → No Government contracts? → No focus on new products |
This particular opportunity is undeniably intriguing.
In an industry as heavily regulated as firearms, the realm of body armour surprisingly lacks significant regulation, creating a notable gap in an industry typically characterised by extensive government oversight.
It appears that the products are manufactured by USA-owned third-party entities and are subsequently warehoused and shipped.
As an individual with a track record of successful government sales, I perceive this as a substantial window of opportunity.
However, a critical concern revolves around the quality and suitability of these products for government use.
With government contracts secured, the potential for scaling sales by a factor of 10 becomes an achievable prospect.
Managed Database Service Provider
Numbers: 📍 Location: USA | Concerns: → No asking price → Large Learning Curve → Doesnt own the building |
I included this opportunity here due to its significant potential. Highlights include an impressive 95% retention rate, a factor highly valued as database migration can be a challenging task.
However, the true gem in this venture lies in the opportunity to capitalize on a proprietary SaaS (Software as a Service).
The potential for substantial earnings is evident.
It's worth noting that individuals unfamiliar with the industry might face a steep learning curve.
Nevertheless, the presence of one of the owners willing to stay on board could mitigate this challenge considerably.
Of course, the ultimate decider could be the asking price. While I typically prefer posting opportunities with clear pricing, the intrigue surrounding the SaaS component has piqued my curiosity.
